 1. Customer Service Officer

Job Purpose :
To provide service to the customer in informing banking products and administration process of account/non-cash transaction of customer with the purpose to provide service to the customer according to applicable service standard.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, English/Chinese Literature or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
2. Teller

Job Purpose :
To perform service activity to customer through cash and non cash transaction with the prevailing operational procedure with purpose to provide services according to service standard.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, English/Chinese Literature or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
