Lowongan Kerja PT. Haldin Pasific Semesta Posisi:

1. Procurement Staff

Responsibilities:
• Ensure competitive advantage in material/service bought.
• Responsibility in supply management including issuing Purchase Order (PO) and communicate all issues related with purchased material.
• In charge in Vendors selection, evaluation, audit and improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Agriculture
• Must at least 2 years experience as Purchasing in Manufacture Industry
• Experience in Vendors selection, evaluation, audit and improvement
• Good negotiation skill and having network with food supplier
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must
• Good computer skill (MS. Office)
• Strong interpersonal and people skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Job location in Cibitung

2. R&D Staff

Job Description:
• Conducting research and development of food product both new products and existing products with process optimization, solvent, time, and costing estimates with procedures that have been designed based on reliable literature
• Doing directing and controlling the manufacture of a prototype product in accordance with the design plan
• Conducting raw material selection according to product requirements Conducting a study of literature development food processing with optimal quality

Desired Skills & Experience
• Maximum 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry and Food Technology
• Minimum 1 years experiance in same field
• Able to communicate effectively in English would be an added advantage
• Self-driven, reliable, determined, result-oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high performance.
• Excellent knowledge in the food & beverage industries
• Able to be located on Cibitung, Bekasi

3. Production Staff

Job Description:
• Responsible to daily production process
• Supervise the work of operator
• Making daily report of production
• Maintenance of production machiner

Requirements:
• Male, maximum 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Food Technology, or Engineering Chemical
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung-Bekasi
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Committed, positive, hands on and hardworking
• Willing to work on shift
• Full-Time positions available

4. Management Trainee Production Program (MTPP)

Responsibilities:
• This program is designed to develop our future leader by providing knowledge ad direct practice on our core business for about 6 month, which consist of in class and on the job training.

Requirements:
• Age 23-25 years old
• Fresh graduates or graduate with 1-2 year of working experience
• Holds minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor degree from Food Technology, Chemical Enginering and Chemical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Actively involved in Extracurricular and or Organizatonal activities
• Highly adaptable and willing to be placed where the company operates ( Cibitung, Cikarang, Setu and Ciamis)
• Strong personality and leadership qualities
