FILA Holding S.p.A, headquarterd in Luxembourg is a leader in the design and marketing of athletic and leisure time footwear, sportwear, casual and leisure wear. It has created brand awareness by marketing design and stylized products, which as the same time, ensured the support and interest of qualified professional athletes from around around the world.
We currently have 260+ FILA outlets/showroom in several cities in Java, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua.
Backed up by a Research and Development Department together with a strong leadership and young creative teams supervised by the Management and FILA headquarters in Luxembourg; we design, develop and manufacture things to the highest standard quality of its material being used for production. Quality inspections at the factory were carried out intensively with possible 100% inspection rate for complex design.

Apparel Merchandiser
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female, with age max 35 Year old;
- Minimum education level: Diploma Degree in any major from reputable university;
- Having at least 3 year experience in the similar position;
- Extensive knowledge on fabrics, prints and accessories details;
- Have very good networking with garment and fabric supplier;
- Fluent in English or Mandarin is an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Positive attitude, hard working, driven, disciplined and self motivated to meet deadlines;
- Have good negotiation skills;
- Willing to travel local and overseas;
- Willing to be located in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
- To be in charge for the development process of apparel and accessories to ensure achievement of good quality products;
- To establishes and manages productive relationships with key suppliers, including the timely resolution of sample development, quality, price negotiations and other sourcing objectives;
- Responsible to plan and control development timeline from fabrics and accessories, printing/ embroidery, sample making until production delivery.
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female, with age max 35 Year old;
- Minimum education level: Diploma Degree in Fashion Design or any discipline if related;
- Having at least 3 year experience in sport/ casual line and handling local brand are advantaged;
- Having design fashion skill, which commercialized in the market;
- Responsible to make the seasonal consept, design collections and able to meet the deadline required;
- Able to know and fully aware of trends and customers needs;
- Responsible to manage and to check the collections from design into sample making process;
- Discipline, fast learner, hard working, and a sport enthusiast;
- Extensive knowledge in fabrications, patern, printings and embroideries are advantage;
- Ability to work independently under pressure of constant deadlines;
- Able to speak/ write English is an advantage;
- Willing to be located in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
