Requirement:
- At least of 8 years of previous public relations work experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficient at counseling senior level executives across a range of communications issues and situations.
- Ability to identify and respond to business leads and a track record in converting opportunities into business
- Able to lead a dynamic account staff with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Excellent relationships and networking capability with editors and senior journalists from Tier-1 media.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle and manage stressful situations.
- Excellent project-management skills.
- University graduate.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Requirement:
- At least of 5 years of previous public relations work experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, as well as the ability to write for senior level management and audiences.
- Able to supervise and motivate account staff, and solve problems creatively.
- Able to develop well thought-out client proposals and deliver presentations with clarity.
- Proven relationships with editors and senior journalists from Tier-1 media.
- Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle and manage stressful situations.
- Excellent project-management skills.
- University graduate.
